I am a PhD candidate in philosophy of science at the University of Toronto.  Before coming to Toronto, I completed my PhD in  (applied) mathematics  at the École polytechnique de Montréal  and the Group for Research in Decision  Analysis in 2015, where I worked on large-scale system decision-making problems. My primary research interests are philosophy of science, decision theory, epistemology (formal and social),  and philosophy of mathematics. I  am also interested in Persian and Arabic philosophy (ancient and medieval).
